  • The website is being updated for accuracy; residents are encouraged to report inconsistencies to the secretary or to info@brookshirecourt.org.

7. Treasurer’s Report

  • Landscape committee will send out communications about what to be done during fall clean up and other opportunities to get involved.

9. Mosquito Control

  • New mosquito control measures (larva traps at the Cluster perimeter and traps around the parking lot) are in place and are more cost-effective than previous spraying.
  • Residents should eliminate standing water and check for mosquito breeding sites.
  • Future projects may include improved downspout solutions to reduce standing water.

10. Social Committee

  • Halloween party scheduled for November 1 (potluck, movie night, costumes optional).
  • Holiday party may be postponed to January due to lack of hosts; renting the community center is an option. Two members expressed a willingness to host the party. The Social Committee asked that anyone interested in hosting reach out to them.

  • Residents are encouraged to suggest ideas and participate in social events.
