At the Bi-Annual Meeting in February we agreed to review our By-Laws and update them as needed, then vote to accept the new By-Laws at our Bi-Annual Meeting in August. During the process the Committee discovered that the By-Laws presently give the Board full autonomy to amend the By-Laws without a Cluster Homeowner vote. This must change first before other changes can occur.

During this meeting we:

1) Voted on an Amendment to the present Cluster By-laws to require that all future changes to the Cluster By-laws must be voted on by all Cluster Homeowners.
